Kenneth Brian Associates Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Maintenance Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for planning and managing engineers' daily work schedules, ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage engineers' daily work schedules, including reactive and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Perform general administration tasks, such as data entry, filing, and sending contracts.
- Provide first-line customer assistance, including answering queries and resolving issues.
- Upload and allocate documents to online systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Manage diaries and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Allocate and schedule work for engineers, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in scheduling or operations would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Proficient in IT systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- GCSE level education or equivalent, with a strong focus on numeracy and literacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
