About the Role
Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Dental Nurses, supporting recruitment and additional compliance duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Dental Nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Manage the training of Trainee/Apprentice Dental Nurses, mentoring them through their initial induction and providing ongoing support.
- Assist the Practice Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the Dental Nursing Team.
- Deliver excellent patient care, working with clinical freedom to provide the right solution for each patient.
- Understand the importance of teamwork within the surgery and work effectively to support the dentists.
- Possess excellent organisational and influencing skills, using these to ensure the practice delivers effective care.
- Understand Private and NHS dentistry, supporting the offering of treatment options to patients and driving surgery efficiency.
- Demonstrate a full understanding of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities.
- Embrace the importance of your own CPD and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Relevant live GDC registration.
