Job Title: Engineering Project Manager

Knauf, a global manufacturer of construction materials, is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join their Engineering Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the availability of the plant and processes, ensuring they operate effectively, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement capital and improvement projects to enhance plant operations and efficiency.
  • Manage project expenditure to ensure agreed solutions are delivered within budget.
  • Supervise routine tasks and be responsible for areas during shutdowns.
  • Actively engage in plant continuous improvement activities and liaise with CI Teams to implement improvement projects.
  • Provide support with the development of OSI PI & PLC links to improve plant visualization of process.
Requirements:
  • Highly tuned people management skills and strong communication skills.
  • Leadership style that creates confidence and commitment across a range of work groups.
  • Flexible to carry out any task as requested within capability.
  • Proactive mindset and excellent planning skills.
