Field-Based Telematics/ Plant Service Engineer

As a Field-Based Telematics/ Plant Service Engineer, you will be responsible for traveling to various job sites and workshops, which may be located in remote areas. Overnight stays may be required depending on the location of the assignments. A company vehicle equipped with necessary tools and equipment will be provided for your convenience.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience with automotive electrical systems
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid Driving License
  • Familiarity with earth-moving machinery, quarry equipment, HGVs, public transport vehicles, buses, or coaches
  • Understanding of vehicle safety protocols
  • Experience with military vehicles is a plus but not essential
  • Proficiency in vehicle camera systems (essential)
  • Ability to install electrical and mechanical components on-site or in a workshop setting
  • Background in telematics and vehicle safety systems
