Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supported Living Manager to lead our new Chorley ABI Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational leadership for the service throughout mobilisation and ongoing delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service plans that meet the needs of service users
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality support services
  • Work closely with families and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users
  • Manage and deploy staff effectively to meet the needs of service users
  • Assess and support planning using a variety of methods, including communication pathways and positive behaviour support strategies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working with people with complex needs
  • Relevant social care qualification (RNLD, BASW, DipSW Diploma Level 5)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work dynamically and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
