Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Jackson Hogg Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Management: Prepare and process weekly and monthly payroll, including issuing payslips and making payments to employees.
  2. Accounts Payable: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier invoices, follow up on queries, and ensure timely payments.
  3. Accounts Receivable: Manage and process sales invoices, monitor debtor accounts, and assist with the preparation of payment runs.
  4. Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including reconciliations and analysis of financial data.
  5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
