As a Security Operations Specialist, you will be part of our Alarm Monitoring Centre team in Craigavon, working closely with our customers to provide a high level of service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to analyse CCTV images and alarm activations, taking the appropriate action to ensure the safety and security of our customers' premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse CCTV images and alarm activations to identify potential security threats
  • Take the appropriate action to respond to security incidents, including escalating to supervisors or team managers as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering incoming telephone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all events on our company database
  • Work collaboratively with our team of experts to provide a comprehensive security solution to our customers

Requirements:
  • Understanding and working knowledge of CCTV systems and ARC duties
  • Ability to work under pressure, be self-motivated, and work independently or as a team member
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant security standards
  • Ability to prepare accurate and concise reports and documents
  • Excellent communication and diplomatic skills, both verbally and in writing
