About the Role

RSM is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our Internal Audit team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading internal audit teams, and delivering high-quality audit services to our financial services clients.

About the Job

As a Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality audit services to our financial services clients;
  • Leading internal audit teams and ensuring that audit assignments are completed on time and within budget;
  • Developing and implementing audit strategies and plans to meet client needs;
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members;
  • Participating in business development initiatives and identifying new business opportunities;
  • Representing RSM at industry events and conferences.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Manager with a strong background in internal audit and a proven track record of delivering high-quality audit services. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You will also have a strong understanding of financial services regulations and risk management principles.
