Bibby Financial Services is seeking a reliable Compliance Manager FX & Leasing to join our team on a hybrid contract. As a Compliance Manager FX & Leasing, you will ensure the FX business is fully compliant under the PSR's 2017 and support Asset Finance is compliant under the SMR. You will support FX & BAF in the implementation and maintaining of policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include supporting and providing advice to senior management and the business on compliance, risk issues, and regulatory trends. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with requirements of all Statute and regulations relevant to a Payments Institution authorised by the FCA. Additionally, you will manage STR and Regulatory requirements, act as a central point of contact for Compliance issues, and act as the regulatory liaison with the FCA and HMRC. The ideal candidate will have experience working in AML/Compliance Department of a FX or similar financial services regulated environment/banking. They will have excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail. A Compliance Qualification or willingness to work towards one is required.
