Job Summary:

La Fosse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Digital Technology Leader to lead our digital transformation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital technology strategy that drives innovation and meets business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital technology strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers to design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable digital solutions.
  • Oversee the transition from a traditional retail business to a customer-centric digital enterprise.
  • Work closely with our strategic Digital Engineering and Operations partners to ensure the company stays at the forefront of technological innovation.
  • Evaluate digital technology investments and guide decisions on SaaS products.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging experimentation and professional development within the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in digital software development, with a background as a Head of Technology or Staff Software Engineer.
  • Proven track record of leading engineering teams across front-end, back-end, and mobile platforms.
  • Experience driving extreme programming practices within an engineering team, including TDD, continuous delivery, and pair programming.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing offshore 3rd party delivery and support teams.
