ATK Solutions is excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a Building Safety Operations Manager to join our esteemed Fire consultancy division.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating specialized building safety documentation for a team that offers a wide array of fire consultancy services to our clientele. This includes conducting site evaluations, developing building safety cases, creating fire safety management plans, formulating fire strategies, performing in-depth building safety assessments, and crafting tailored fire safety solutions for major clients.
This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for a home-based work environment with occasional site visits and client meetings, ensuring an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Building Safety Operations Manager, your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Enhancing the department's building safety offerings to clients
Additionally, you will be expected to:
- Comprehend and interpret building regulations, construction methodologies, and relevant legislation
- Conduct research and produce comprehensive reports
- Oversee project execution
- Elevate the department's outstanding services and support internal teams in project delivery
- Engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training
- Enjoy flexible working arrangements from home
- Participate in a pension scheme
- Receive a company vehicle or allowance as part of your compensation package
Compensation:
The total remuneration package ranges from £55,000 to £70,000 per annum, contingent upon experience and fire risk qualifications, along with additional benefits.
