**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our DevOps team and drive the delivery of cutting-edge client-facing technology at WTW. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to design and implement automation across the software delivery process, build CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud-based applications, and direct engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation across the software delivery process.
  • Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  • Configure and maintain development, test, staging, and production environments.
  • Proactively monitor application performance and infrastructure costs.
  • Collaborate with Developers and WTW stakeholders to optimize application performance, resolve issues, and ensure our estate is compliant with enterprise standards and patterns.
  • Lead and mentor offshore DevOps engineers.
