Lead Swimming Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Swimming Teacher to join our team at GLL. As a Lead Swimming Teacher, you will play a key role in developing the swimming skills of our customers and leading a team of teachers to deliver high-quality lessons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement swimming lesson plans that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Lead and motivate a team of swimming teachers to deliver lessons that meet our high standards.
  • Ensure the safety and control of our customers during swimming lessons.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of our customers and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Assist with the coordination of swimming lessons and programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • STA Certificate level or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
  • Experience in leading a team of swimming teachers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and child protection policies.
