Junior / Intermediate Architectural Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Junior / Intermediate Architectural Technician to join our team at a well-established architectural practice in Gloucester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on a variety of residential projects, including bespoke homes, housing developments, and apartment schemes.

With a strong focus on career progression, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages growth and development. Our team of 27 residential professionals is eager to support you in achieving your career goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working on residential projects from concept to completion
  • Developing and maintaining building information models (BIM) using Revit
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality designs and delivery
  • Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues

We offer a competitive salary of £24K-£30K, depending on experience, as well as flexible working arrangements, regular CPD opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as an Architectural Technician in the UK
  • Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
