Job Title: Head of Pharmacy Services

Pharmacy2U Ltd is seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead our Pharmacy Services team. As Head of Pharmacy Services, you will be responsible for driving the continued enhancement of our remote Pharmacy services, evolving and growing the delivery of our digital services, and enhancing customer experience.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital services strategy aligned with growth objectives, leading the evolution of remote pharmacy services.
  • Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of all our digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and ensure seamless delivery and best practice.
  • Manage projects and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of our digital infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align Pharmacy Services strategies with broader business goals.
  • Work closely with external partners, vendors, and service providers to enhance Pharmacy2U's digital offerings.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing digital teams in a dynamic environment, within a regulated industry, focusing on compliance, data protection, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute a forward-looking digital strategy that aligns with business objectives, coupled with in-depth knowledge of digital platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in agile development and delivering digital transformation initiatives.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze digital performance metrics and user data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, able to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for keeping up with the latest digital trends and emerging technologies in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in operational delivery management or digital transformation, with extensive service gained in a senior leadership role, coupled with a management qualification or demonstrable, solid experience.
  • Hands-on experience with digital and appointment fulfillment platforms.
  • Strong track record of driving customer-centric digital solutions, especially in eCommerce or high-volume digital environments.
  • Experience in the healthcare or online pharmacy sector is highly desirable.
