• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits, especially with new arrivals.


• Follow merchandising guidelines to ensure effective product placement, meeting the expectations of brand partners.


• Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and strive to meet set targets.


• Exhibit commercial awareness, ensuring the right product is available at the right time and place.


• Comprehend the Frasers structure, elevation strategy, and related initiatives.


• Engage with team members and provide feedback to contribute to the overall business objectives.


• Assist senior management in coaching and developing the team.


• Support performance management processes effectively.


• Recognize your individual role and responsibilities and their impact on the team.


• Maintain high standards of practice and compliance in daily operations.


• Act as a supportive team member and a role model for others.


• Foster strong, positive communication across all levels, motivating the team and cultivating good working relationships within the store.

Qualifications


• Proven experience in leading a team within a retail setting.


• Passion for and knowledge of luxury brands.


• Ability to drive sales through exceptional customer service.


• Understanding of visual merchandising and its impact on sales.


• Strong communication skills to effectively motivate the team.
