At Salt, we're seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Strategist to lead our content efforts and drive business growth.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in content marketing to join our team. As a Content Marketing Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our agency's expertise and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct research and ideate content that aligns with our business goals and resonates with our audience.
  2. Develop and manage social media content across our agency's brand account.
  3. Support the sales team with sales content, including client case studies and proof points.
  4. Produce high-quality, lead-generating content that drives engagement and conversion.
  5. Lead events marketing and content creation efforts to drive prospect engagement.
  6. Monitor and report on content metrics and qualitative insights to inform future content decisions.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in a B2B content marketing role.
  2. Proven track record of creating engaging, high-quality content that drives business results.
  3. Experience working within a marketing agency environment.
  4. Strong understanding of events marketing and content creation principles.
