  • Designs and develops automated test scripts for new software and web services.
  • Provides support for applications under development and enhances existing applications.
  • Assists in the rollout and monitoring of software releases.
  • Offers quality assurance guidance throughout the design, development, and testing processes, providing direction on practices, procedures, and techniques.
  • Serves as a mentor for junior-level Quality Engineers.
  • Evaluates and plans software development activities, performs code and test script reviews, and provides test plans, results, and documentation.
  • Participates in the research, writing, and editing of documentation and technical requirements, including sequence diagrams, software designs, demos, acceptance criteria, test results, technical manuals, monitoring plans, support strategies, and retrospective recommendations.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts, skills, and their application in the specified engineering specialty.
  • Exhibits knowledge of and ability to apply process design and redesign skills.
  • Presents and defends design and technical choices to internal audiences.
  • Demonstrates project management skills and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
  • Must be adaptable to working nights and weekends as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education Level:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Field of Study.
  • Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Generally requires 5-10 years of related experience.
