Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team at St Austell Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including word processing, data entry, and filing.
  • Manage referrals and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including booking rooms and arranging catering.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including patient information and practice statistics.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, with occasional Saturday work. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
