## Quantity Surveyor - Residential Development

### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Devon. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our residential development projects, including cost and value analysis, financial forecasting, and contract management.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct cost and value analysis to ensure accurate financial forecasts
* Manage client requirements and expectations
* Complete accurate site valuations and contract variations
* Oversee the financial aspects of 3 large new build sites across Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset

### Requirements

* Demonstrable experience in cost and value analysis, financial forecasting, and contract management
* Strong knowledge of construction techniques and mixed tenure schemes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

### What We Offer

* Competitive salary of £55,000-£70,000 (depending on experience) + package (car/car allowance)
