Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Devon. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our new build projects across the Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset regions.

Your primary focus will be on cost and value analysis, providing financial forecasts, and managing client requirements while completing accurate site valuations and contract variations. You will work closely with the Commercial Management team to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

  • Cost and value analysis
  • Financial forecasting
  • Client requirement management
  • Site valuations and contract variations
Requirements:
  • Experience in Contract/Quantity Surveying and construction budgets
  • Demonstrable knowledge of construction techniques and mixed tenure schemes
  • Ability to oversee sizeable schemes for a housebuilder or main contractor
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience)
