Job Title: Building Control Surveyor

CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Building Control Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' construction projects meet the required building regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
  • Review and approve building plans and designs to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Work with clients and architects to resolve any issues or concerns related to building regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Attend emergency callouts and respond to requests from emergency services to ensure public safety.
Requirements:
  • Registered Building Inspector (RBI) qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in building control or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
