Overview of the Position

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join DAS Law (part of ARAG UK) as an Associate within our Employment Team.

About Us: The Employment Team consists of approximately 30 legal professionals, including solicitors, paralegals, and legal assistants. Our Services:

The Employment Team handles a wide range of employment law matters, providing both litigation and advisory services to employees and employers alike. Our daily responsibilities include offering counsel on unfair dismissal claims, discrimination issues, and whistleblowing cases. Each case presents unique challenges, ensuring a diverse workload.

In addition to representing clients during litigation, we also offer advisory HR services, assisting with the creation of employee handbooks and drafting employment contracts to navigate the complexities of employment law. Our team is also equipped to handle advocacy independently.

We promote early responsibility and actively seek to develop our lawyers from within the team. This approach allows you to gain practical experience across a variety of claims and defenses, becoming proficient in employment law as well as negotiation and settlement strategies.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates with a background in employment litigation who can demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of employment law and procedures;
  • Capability to manage a caseload effectively;
  • Exceptional client care abilities.
