About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- 2-5 years of experience in a Product Management role or a similar position within a software and services context.
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies and experience in agile development practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proven capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property is advantageous but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Vision and Strategy: Develop the long-term roadmap for our platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and anticipating future requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demands, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Create and maintain a well-defined and prioritized backlog of user stories, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software and services within set timelines and budgets.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs and expectations are integrated into the product development process.
- Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, providing direction to the development team.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of product releases.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, driving product enhancements and iterating on existing features.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
About the Team
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Product Management and is part of a broader team of Product Managers within the Patent Renewals function. This role will also involve collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement.
