As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the care and nursing team within your unit, ensuring all regulations, policies, and procedures are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the medical, physical, social, and emotional needs of residents are met.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the care team to develop strong relationships with residents.
  • Deliver high standards of person-centred care, preserving dignity, respect, and wellbeing.
  • Provide clinical guidance to the care team and ensure CQC duties are met.
  • Create a nurturing environment where residents and their families feel loved, happy, safe, and secure.
Requirements:
  • A Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN) with a valid and active PIN.
  • Experience in working as RMN/RGN with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role within care.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of professional standards, including The NMC Code and other regulations and legislation.
  • Experience in managing clinical KPIs and a proven track record acting in line with The Code.
  • Experience in dementia palliative care training and working with multidisciplinary teams.
