Role Overview:

As a Senior Service Consultant within our Conveyancing Service team, you will be instrumental in executing our introducer contracts and managing service processes on accounts, guided by a Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifying, registering, and dispatching instructions
  • Assisting clients throughout the welcome pack process
  • Addressing inquiries from customers and intermediaries
  • Following up on updates from solicitors
  • Maintaining the Optimus portal with updates and milestones
  • Cultivating relationships with Estate Agents, Brokers, and Solicitors as a liaison in conveyancing cases
  • Managing inbound call lines for your team

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in estate agency or customer-facing brokerage roles, demonstrating exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to assist customers in understanding their needs and navigating complex processes.

You will also have:

  • A Level or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience or familiarity with the conveyancing or mortgage process is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with the MS Office suite and CRM systems.
