Maintenance Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Lead scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure continuous production and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support building upkeep and strategic projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement productivity, safety, and ergonomic improvements to enhance the overall work environment.
  • Contribute to cost-reduction and performance improvement initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Lean Manufacturing / 5S Systems knowledge and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Profound knowledge of materials, mechanics, and manufacturing processes, including forging, CNC machining, presswork, and assembly.
