Job Title: SEN Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to provide one-on-one support and tailored teaching to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in an educational setting in Merton, Greater London.

Job Type:

This is a temporary, part-time position that requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate students' needs and school schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
  • Provide tailored teaching and support to students with SEN, promoting their academic and personal development
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of £20-£30, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
