Project Manager

United Living Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join its team in a dynamic and diverse work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities within an assigned area of responsibility, planning and coordinating construction activities, and ensuring adherence to project plans and quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of construction activities within an assigned area of responsibility.
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of construction activities, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Monitor subcontractor personnel to ensure compliance with project plans and promote quality control of all installations.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and work rules as established by Field Management.
- Assist with the implementation of the United Living Group Infrastructure Services safety program, creating a safe and healthy work environment on the construction site.
- Work with document control systems, project management systems, and other software or databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, including updating drawings, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and other documents as required.
- Interface with clients and designers to ensure compliance with design intent and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to building effective communication between field management, project management, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and specialty contractors to ensure construction meets plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
- Continuously expand and update professional knowledge and hone training skills to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.
- Must have experience in the gas or pipeline industry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working on similar projects for or with National Grid, Cadent, Northern Gas Networks, Scotia Gas Networks would be advantageous.
- Willing to travel on a regular basis.
