We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team at Radisson Blu Hotel Glasgow. As a key member of our food and beverage department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the food and beverage area.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring dishes are presented to a high standard.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility and a positive attitude, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
