Nano Fibre UK is seeking a highly skilled Fibre Installation Coordinator to support our UK operations as we continue to grow. This role will be based in our Bradford office and will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality fibre broadband installations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and direct engineer teams to ensure smooth execution of installations in alignment with timelines and quality standards.
- Allocate and/or assign engineers to specific installation areas, considering priorities, resource availability, and customer requirements.
- Address complications that may arise during installations and escalate issues to the relevant party.
- Contact ISPs to amend order details in cases where order details were captured incorrectly.
- Develop daily work plans and schedules for installation activities, considering engineers' work attendance and additional installations.
- Allocate resources efficiently to optimise productivity and meet installation targets.
- Monitor installations to ensure compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including work logs and detailed comments on job status, client details, and engineer information.
- Minimum two years' experience in a project coordination role or similar.
- Client service oriented and target driven.
- Competent in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to meet predetermined deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
