Job Overview

Position: Commercial Gas Engineer

Location: Hampshire

Salary: £50,000

An exceptional opportunity has emerged to become part of a highly regarded facilities management organization, known for its outstanding reputation in the sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in commercial gas services, handling a diverse range of equipment including boilers, air handling units (AHUs), pumps, and motors. The selected engineer will oversee multiple sites along the South Coast, fostering strong relationships while executing both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing as a Commercial Gas Engineer
  • Conducting PPMs and addressing reactive maintenance tasks
  • Working with boilers, AHUs, water booster systems, and ventilation systems
  • Carrying out inspections, fault diagnostics, and troubleshooting
  • Participating in an on-call rotation (1 in 4, details to be discussed during the interview)
  • Working 45 hours per week

Qualifications:

  • Possession of commercial gas certifications is essential
  • F Gas certification is preferred
  • A valid UK driving license is required
