We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dermatology Medical Representative to join our team at L'Oréal. As a key member of our National Medical Detailing team, you will be responsible for promoting our skincare products, including CeraVe, La Roche Posay, and Vichy, to healthcare professionals across your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, GPs, and pharmacists to educate them on our products and maximize recommendations and prescriptions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales, market share, and profit targets.
  • Develop and implement a Territory Action Plan to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Medical Relations Manager to set clear and SMART objectives and regularly review progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including key clinical papers and customer and competitor knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide feedback on marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Be aware of developments in the healthcare environment and local issues, and communicate implications to the wider team.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level (or equivalent) with a basic understanding of science and medicine.
  • Medical sales background with a proven track record in driving success, including primary, secondary care, and key account management experience.
  • Understanding and interest in the healthcare environment and commercial implications for pharma/dermo-cosmetic companies.
  • Experience in delivering large medical educational events, both live and virtually.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent selling, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • 'Can-do' attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Target-driven, with a focus on achieving exceptional performance.
