We are seeking a highly skilled HSQE Auditor to join our team at Bethell Group PLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting and embedding good practice throughout the Group and driving improvements to the health, safety, and wellbeing of all our colleagues and customers.
About the Role:- Develop and implement effective HSQE strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HSQE matters to management and employees.
- Monitor and report on HSQE performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
