About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Group. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer care and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients throughout the service process
- Act as a liaison between clients and our workshop team, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
- Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time and meet client expectations
- Offer expert advice on our products and services to clients, promoting our brand and driving sales
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service background and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a franchised dealership, preferably with a prestige brand, is desirable.
