We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Graypaul Ferrari Maserati Edinburgh.
As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer care and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients throughout the service department.
You will be responsible for informing and consulting with clients on vehicle servicing, keeping them up-to-date at every stage of their journey, and liaising with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to offer expert advice on our products and services, building strong relationships with our clients and driving customer satisfaction.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer care and a commitment to building long-lasting relationships.
About You
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a Franchised Dealership, preferably with a prestige brand. Our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses will provide you with the necessary training and support to excel in this role.
You will possess excellent organisational and administrative skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
