Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle cash transactions
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including the counter, equipment, and public areas
  • Restock goods and ensure displays are visually appealing
  • Report any feedback, complaints, or suggestions to the line manager
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Great customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
