Location: Central London / West End
About the Role:
The Associate Director of Inside Sales will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for Clinical Professionals Limited. Reporting directly into the Vice President, this role will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set KPIs and sales targets for the sales team, ensuring regular monitoring and review of performance.
- Have full oversight of the sales pipeline, analyzing and reporting on sales performance.
- Liaise directly with clients to develop and maintain strong relationships, driving the sales cycle.
- Work cross-functionally with the external Sales and Marketing teams to align on wider sales and business objectives.
Requirements:
- A successful sales track record within software sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
- Education to Degree level in a Life Sciences or Business discipline.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor the sales team to drive sales and commercial success.
- Customer-focused and confident engaging with clients at all levels.
- Motivation and drive to achieve sales targets and objectives.
