Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training and Quality Coordinator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and delivery of training programs, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of training programs, including assessment and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue selection, catering, and equipment.
- Monitor and report on training metrics, including participant feedback and evaluation results.
- Provide administrative support to the training team, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training coordination or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
