About Us

Spencer Ogden is a leading global energy recruitment agency with over 25 years of experience in developing and constructing wind and solar farms, as well as battery and hydrogen projects.

We have a specialized in-house team that manages every phase of project development and implementation, from site assessment and planning to permitting, financing, construction, grid connection, and ongoing operational management and maintenance.

Our goal is to create a sustainable future for generations to come, with renewables at the core of everything we do.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of onshore wind and battery/hybrid energy projects, as well as other emerging technologies.
  • Engage and manage consultants, conducting thorough technical reviews of expert studies and impact assessments to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver projects within established budgets and timelines.
  • Manage invoices and payment schedules, continuously assessing risks and liabilities, and reporting any concerns to management.

  • Progressing towards or holding a professional qualification (e.g., MRTPI, MRICS, MIEMA, MICE) is advantageous.
What We Offer
  • A dynamic and supportive team environment with a sense of fun.
  • A competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • A chance to work on exciting and challenging projects that contribute to a sustainable future.
