Business Operations Director

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of our online business, ensuring business goals and revenue targets are achieved. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in e-commerce, supply chain management, and strategic planning. We need someone who can manage the business and drive the restructuring of our operations to support growth and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive online sales growth and market expansion.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth across various functions, including marketing, sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Business Restructuring:
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment of restructuring efforts with overall business strategy.
  • Oversee and optimize sales through various online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and other platforms.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify training and development needs to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, retail management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms.
