Audit Partner Designate Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Partner Designate to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our audit function, you will be responsible for leading a team of accountants and working closely with Partners to manage the audit function.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of accountants and oversee the planning and completion of audit engagements for a significant client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that clients receive the benefit of all business services.
  • Provide training and development for colleagues and team members.
  • Represent the company at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Use a commercial mindset to strategically drive the audit offering and promote the audit capabilities with other team members.

Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with demonstrable experience leading an Audit team.
  • Technically proficient with close attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in winning new clients.
  • An appetite to proactively grow the business and be involved with the firm's strategic direction.
