About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical to join our team at Robertson Facilities Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our facilities to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including lighting and power distribution.
  • Carry out reactive repairs to lighting and power distribution systems.
  • Service and repair motors, pumps, and fan coil units.
  • Undertake electrical AP duties in line with NHS SHTM regulations.
  • Competently operate BMS control systems.
  • Conduct maintenance duties in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any incidents or accidents.
  • Participate in an on-call rota, providing 24/7 cover to the facilities.

About You

  • Qualified tradesperson with extensive experience in property maintenance.
  • SQA Certificate in electrical installation parts one and two (or approved equivalent).
  • Experience in electrical power distribution systems, lighting systems, and HVAC control systems.
  • Valid UK driving license.
