Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the annual evaluation and enhancement of the Underwriting Control Framework.
  • Develop and sustain underwriting policy documents and guidelines.
  • Support underwriters in executing the Underwriting Control Framework.
  • Engage in Underwriter Peer Reviews and Risk & Control Evaluations.
  • Prepare content for reporting to risk committees and governance bodies.
  • Address regulatory information inquiries and assist in Risk Management projects.

Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in insurance or a related discipline.
  • Background in underwriting, pricing, or assurance functions.
  • Familiarity with the insurance sector and regulatory standards.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, with excellent communication abilities.
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
