About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Transformation Lead to join our team at Sea Global. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the transformation of our procurement function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of our current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement transformation strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Lead the establishment of a new procurement division, including staffing, processes, and systems.
  • Analyze current processes and design and implement new procurement processes and systems.
  • Ensure all implemented solutions comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Select and integrate new procurement technologies and tools.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, including robust contract management and supplier performance monitoring processes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring close collaboration and alignment.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading transformational business process reengineering and a drive in change management.
  • Excellent understanding of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Proven experience of contract management and negotiating terms.
  • Ideal knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements related to procurement activities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior management.
  • Ideal qualifications include a degree and MCIPS certification.
