This role will require you to operate in a hybrid work model, spending three days a week in our London office.
Key Responsibilities:As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you will:
- Demonstrate extensive experience and a proven history of conceptualizing, executing, and evaluating large-scale A/B and Multivariate testing for various clients.
- Take ownership of A/B testing initiatives, including the technical execution of tests.
- Develop and implement the CRO strategy aimed at enhancing conversion rates and other critical performance indicators.
- Utilize UX research and design principles alongside advanced web performance analytics.
- Exhibit proficiency in CRO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, and Hotjar to extract insights and guide optimization efforts.
- Manage multiple CRO projects concurrently, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to shape business strategies and decisions.
- Organize and facilitate CRO workshops.
- Lead client communications regarding CRO-related initiatives, collaborating closely with the Account Management team responsible for daily client interactions.

- Accustomed to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

- Willing to express their opinions and contribute ideas.
- An outstanding communicator, both verbally and in writing.
It would be advantageous if you also have:
- Experience in a digital agency environment.
- Familiarity with SEO principles.
