Job Title: Asset Planning Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Planning Officer to join our Asset Management team. As an Asset Planning Officer, you will play a crucial role in the management of daily planning and scheduling of work for our internal maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the scheduling of maintenance work for our internal teams
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Maintenance Team, Housing, Customer Care, and Community Services
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including contractors and partnering agencies

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • GCSE standard (or equivalent) education
