Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring effective management of this vital relationship.
  • Engage with clients to guarantee their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Optimize the utilization of the service department.
  • Manage workshop loading efficiently.
  • Proactively update clients on the status of their vehicles.
  • Schedule vehicle appointments that are convenient for both clients and the service department, aligning with workshop capacity.
  • Identify client needs and provide accurate, all-inclusive cost estimates whenever possible.
  • Generate precise job cards, invoices, estimates, and related documentation.
  • Offer clients comprehensive explanations of the work performed, maximizing additional sales opportunities.
  • Prepare warranty job cards in accordance with manufacturer policies and procedures.
  • Accurately document all work requirements, distinguishing between retail, warranty, internal, and non-chargeable repairs.
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure parts availability.
  • Prior experience as a service advisor or service operations supervisor is essential, along with familiarity with relevant software.
