Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver health and safety training to clients and employees
* Review and improve the content of health and safety training courses
* Work with the team to develop and implement health and safety training programs

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience in a construction management role, with responsibility for site health and safety or site supervision
* A training qualification or CITB-recognized exemption
* NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health
* NVQ/SVQ Level 5 in Occupational Safety and Health
* Health and Safety degree
* NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (Part 2 or Units A, B, C, D)
* Chartered Health and Safety membership (CMIOSH)
* Experience delivering H&S training in construction
* Experience delivering virtual training
* Familiarity with online training tools
