Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of projects on time and within budget, ensuring high-quality results and excellent client satisfaction.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with nominated clients, building a network of contacts in the insurance industry and identifying new business opportunities.
  3. Team Development: Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they become future leaders in the industry.
  4. Business Development: Identify and develop further consultancy opportunities with new and existing clients, collaborating with the business to deliver cross-practice projects.
  5. Industry Expertise: Promote our insurance offerings to a wider audience through conference speaking and writing articles, showcasing your expertise and thought leadership in the industry.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: Qualified UK actuaries with proven, relevant post-qualification experience.
  2. Project Management: Experience of running and planning projects with a track record of delivering quality work on schedule.
  3. Consulting Skills: Excellent consulting skills and a proven record of achievement and delivery.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Strategic business acumen and knowledge of risks facing the insurance industry, acquired in an industry or consultancy role.
